Restructuring is not a project plan.
It is work with people.

I accompany leaders and product organisations through change — with 15+ years in digital product management, agile transformation and systemic coaching. Close to the top, close to the teams: those are the two places where reorganisations succeed or fail.

Three services.
One question: what needs to change?

You can book each service on its own. In restructuring they usually work together — technology, ways of working and people are never separate problems.

01

AI Consulting

Where AI genuinely changes work — and where it is just a demo.

I start with your processes, not with tools: which decisions are slow, which work is repetitive, which data actually exists. Out of that comes a shortlist of use cases with business value, a realistic build-or-buy view, and enablement so teams use the results instead of fearing them.

  • AI potential analysis
  • Use-case portfolio
  • Prototypes & pilots
  • Team enablement
02

Coaching for POs & product managers · Agile Coach

From ticket manager to product owner who decides.

I have led product teams myself and restructured product departments. That is what I coach from: prioritisation that holds up under stakeholder pressure, a roadmap that says no, clean team cuts, and a way of working that fits your organisation instead of a framework poster.

  • 1:1 PO coaching
  • Team cuts & operating model
  • Discovery & roadmap
  • Agile without dogma
03

Systemic coaching

The part of change that no plan covers.

Reorganisations touch loyalties, roles and fears. As a certified systemic coach I work with leaders and teams on exactly that: conflicts that block decisions, roles that changed overnight, and the question of what each person is really holding on to. Confidential, and free of the political agenda of the line organisation.

  • Sparring for leaders
  • Team & conflict work
  • Role clarity
  • Change communication

How a restructuring runs with me

Four phases, roughly three to nine months depending on scope. Every phase has a visible result — you always know what you paid for.

Human centered change meets AI — understand, shape, deliver, measure impact.
  1. 01

    Listen & diagnose

Interviews across all levels, a look at decision paths and the real flow of work. Result: an honest picture of where the organisation is stuck.

  2. 02

    Target picture & structure

Together with you: target picture, team cuts, roles, decision rights — and a communication line your organisation actually believes.

  3. 03

    Enable in live operation

The new structure is learned while delivering, not in a workshop room: coaching for leads and POs, new routines, conflicts handled as they surface.

  4. 04

    Anchor & let go

Measurable checkpoints, internal ownership, my exit plan from day one. A good consultant makes herself unnecessary.

About me

I have sat on every side of the table

Product owner, agile coach, lead of product teams — at Exporo AG, Immonet and T-Systems MMS, in PropTech, FinTech, real-estate platforms, logistics and IT consulting. I know the day when the org chart changes and nobody knows who decides any more. And I know that this day is survivable when someone stays who does not lose sight of both the numbers and the people.

What I bring beyond method: 15+ years of digital product management, agile transformation and change management — plus a systemic coaching training that lets me work with what an org chart never shows.
